Meet Tiny Tim
Tiny Tim was found wandering the streets of Houston and turned over to an animal shelter. JCCARE found him there and rescued him just four days before Christmas.
Tiny Tim has no use of one of his back legs and his good leg has a severely luxating patella. Tim needs to have his back legs fixed to have a chance at a normal life.
His surgeries will be expensive but we know that the Japanese Chin community will reach out to help raise the funds to have his legs fixed.
