 Charlie is 12-14 yrs old.  He came to JCCARE when his owner died.  The family couldn't seem to get rid of him soon enough.  He was in two foster homes before being placed with his current foster family who has experience dealing with biters.
 
JCCARE is a dog rescue organization dedicated to the health and welfare of Japanese Chin dogs. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of rescue volunteers whose sole purpose is helping, rehabilitating and finding homes for homeless Japanese Chin across the United States of America.
