Tika

Tika, is 5  1/2 year old female chin. She has severe pulmonary hypertension , which is controlled with Viagra.  She is right heart dominate, with moderate tricuspid regurgitation , right atrial enlargement, huge main and branch pulmonary arteries, cyanosis with exercise.  She also takes digoxin.  We were told that Tika had 3 months to a year to live in 2008.  Apparently they were wrong about her life span.  Tika is a very sweet girl  who is fearful of men, which is why she is with me.  She also hides from guest unless they stay several days.  She is playful for short periods as she tires easily and will stop to rest, she loves the rest of the gang and often initiates the group play.  She is doing very well here and would like to continue to remain for however long it may be.
